A User can currently purchase services and goods from worldwide, although currently, delivery is limited within Sri Lanka we do accept worldwide payments through Credit/Debit Cards. A User may also pay for purchases using SURYA SHRI Wallet points.
By placing an order or making a reservation with us, you are
i. offering to purchase a product/s or services
ii. representing that you are of a legal age to form a binding contract
iii. representing all information you provide to us in connection with such order /reservation is true and accurate
iv. the authorized user of the payment method provided.
The receipt by a User of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or a reservation. We retain the right to reject/cancel any order/reservation request made by a User at any given moment.
Prior to our acceptance of an order/reservation, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of an order/reservation to accept, modify or decline an order/reservation, or any potion thereof, even after the receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever, and the user will be duly notified of the same.
We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to a User without prior notification, where the need so arises. In the event that an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to reject or cancel any such order/reservation placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order/reservation is being or has been processed.
If payment has already been made or if a User’s SURY SHRI Wallet has already been charged for the purchase and the order/reservation is rejected, we will credit the User’s SURYA SHRI Wallet in points equal and exact to the relevant invoice value already being charged immediately

Status of Card Details submitted with SURYA SHRIWe do not retain any User’s credit/debit card information; it is submitted directly to our authorized payment gateway partner/s for payment processing. An order/reservation will be processed within 1 business day and in case of an order: delivered to Users within 7 business days following the order confirmation email and/or SMS.
As a standard procedure Users will not be contacted when the order is dispatched or prior to the delivery being made. As we work with multiple delivery partners, each of them have their own channels of communications, such as text messages, emails, or calls. Typically, the delivery partner may contact the customer prior to their arrival, but we cannot guarantee that. If a User is not available at the time of the delivery attempt, they will try and contact the User. If they are unable to deliver the product/item, our courier partner will schedule one more re-delivery attempt at another time on the same day or on a later date.
All packages need to be signed for at delivery and once signed for SURYA SHRI does not take responsibility for damages caused after delivery.
If a User is unable to accept the package in person please inform a trusted person to accept & sign for it in their place. However SURYA SHRI takes no responsibility for deliveries signed by an alternative person or misplacements due to absence or wrong delivery specifications on the customer’s side.
Note that delivery charges may vary depending on products, quantity, weight, location, etc. Users can know exact delivery charges for their purchase at the Review step of their Checkout, before making the payment
Tracking an Order/ReservationUsers can track their order by clicking on the ‘Track Order’ button available immediately following an order completion and their reservation by clicking on the ‘View Reservation’ button available immediately following reservation completion.
Users can also view their orders and reservation from the user dropdown menu, links provided in the website footer area and main User Dashboard . Users can view Details of each order/reservation including invoices in these sections.
Issues relating to the delivered itemsThe parcel being delivered can only be opened, after a User have signed for the package. SURYA SHRI does not take responsibility for damages caused after delivery. If there is any issue with the item delivered, the User must get in touch with our customer service team here within 1 business day from time of delivery for complaints.
Misplaced deliveries post a delivery confirmation noticeHaving received an e-mail/SMS confirmation on their delivery, we advise Users to check with anyone at your pickup location in case they have accepted the parcel on their behalf. If a user still fails to locate their parcel, they may reach out to our customer care team a href="https://suryashri.lk/contact-us" style="text-decoration: underline;">here, and we will be happy to assist them in any way possible. But it must be taken to note that users must provide accurate delivery details to avoid such incidents as much as possible.
Unmatched delivery to the ordered descriptionGenerally, we try to bundle all items to one delivery as much as possible (where multiple sellers are involved). But there can be instances where lead times differ between sellers. At such times, a user may receive the items of a single order across multiple deliveries. However, if a user has ordered all the items from one seller and still find some items missing in their parcel, then we advise to please reach out to our customer care team by clicking a href="https://suryashri.lk/contact-us" style="text-decoration: underline;">here, and we will resolve the matter for them as soon as possible.
Operating hours of Delivery ServicesMultiple delivery partners may be in association with SURYA SHRI. Hence, the operating hours for each delivery partner may differ. However, Users can expect their deliveries between 8:00am to 7:00pm Our delivery partners may contact the User prior to the delivery attempt in order to coordinate the exact time and location of delivery.
Delivery time periodSURYA SHRI does not offer next day (within 24 hours) delivery as a guaranteed service at the moment. However, please be rest assured that we will try our best to ensure parcels to be delivered within the agreed delivery time or prior, given the circumstances.

A fee of LKR 100.00 will be charged for each additional kilogram beyond 1kg.
Once processed, confirmed and dispatched for delivery from our end a product cannot be returned or exchanged unless and only in the following events enlisted under ‘Grounds for Return and Exchange’. However SURYA SHRI does not take responsibility for damages caused after delivery. Please contact our customer care team by clicking here and we will assist in exchanging the ordered product/service with a different product of the user’s choice to equal the price of the former product/service.
Possibility of an exchangeExchanges are allowed only for services and products listed on the “Wellness” categories of the Clinique and the Boutique. Exchanges are allowed for products which do not fall into the type of sealed and/or bottled where the original price tag of the product is intact and is in its original saleable condition.
If a User wishes to exchange their item prior to order confirmation, to a different product, size or other available service to that which was originally ordered, they must contact our customer care team here in order to make a request for the change.
Any service maybe exchanged or postponed to a different service or time as long as it is 72 hours prior to the start time of the original reservation.
It should be noted that the price of the new product or service a User is ordering in place of their original order must be equal or higher in value to the price at which a User purchased the original product/service.
SURYA SHRI team strongly recommends all Users to check the product/ service details/ sizes/ colours/ materials used/ service inclusives etc. from the product/service specifications provided on the website under each product/service (where applicable) or by directly contacting us, prior to placing their Order or Reservation.

Defective or faulty product returnsPlease drop all requests to our customer care team by clicking here and assistance will be provided for Users to return the defective/ faulty item/order allowing Users to place an order for a new one in exchange or credit product/item value to their SURYA SHRI Wallet.
Availability of a refund to an already delivered product/itemRefunds on a sold i.e. payment succeeded item shall not be allowed for Confirmed Orders and Completed Reservations. However, we provide all Users with an exchange option in replacing the defective/ faulty product.
A return can be requested and only in the case of the following situations:

Once an order/reservation is placed, it cannot be cancelled from the customer’s end. However, a customer may request SURYA SHRI to cancel the order before it has been confirmed by SURYA SHRI within 24 hours of the order placement. In such cases the payment made for such orders/reservations will be automatically refunded to the User’s SURYA SHRI Wallet in points similar to the product/order/reservation value stated on the original invoice to be used on a future occasion when purchasing product(s) and/or service(s) or even to be withdrawn as seen suitable by the user. This policy is largely to safeguard SURYA SHRI who sometimes produce items especially to a User’s special requirement.
Users can view details related to any refunds related to their purchases from their Refunded Points page on the SURYA SHRI Dashboard .
Shipping Cost for a Returned ProductWhile SURYA SHRI accept returns and exchanges depending on their suitability for the same, we do not pay for return delivery costs. Therefore a User will be required to bare the return and redelivery charges if the cause for such an action was not related to a proven fault on our end.
The replacement item shall be re-delivered to the User at no additional cost only if the exchange resulted due to causes solely related to a fault of SURYA SHRI or its employees.

Donations and Point TransfersSince the SURYA SHRI Vision is set ensuring health and wellbeing of our local and global communities through direct and indirect utilization of Authentic Ayurveda, we at SURYA SHRI are determined to put our full efforts to achieving this goal. In the process we have decided to allow Users to contribute these meritorious events by Donations through their SURYA SHRI Wallets.
A User can donate any type of SURYA SHRI Wallet points simply by entering the amount they wish to donate from the Donations page on their Dashboard. It should be noted that such donations are not reversible.
SURYA SHRI will provide a detailed report at the end of each calendar year on their Community projects and account statistics.
Point TransfersSURYA SHRI has taken steps to facilitate Royalty Partners to share their SURYA SHRI Wallet points with other registered users. This facility is available to Users in the Donate & Transfer page in their User Dashboard.
However, Users are only allowed to transfer SURYA SHRI Wallet points earned through commission allowances to safeguard SURYA SHRI and its Users from any form of illegal transactions.
Verification and WithdrawalsSURYA SHRI Users are facilitated to Withdraw all types of points available in their SURYA SHRI Wallet. To qualify for this facility users are required to verify their details to avoid any complications that may arise due to impersonation and fraudulent activities.
Users are required to provide accurate banking details and identification documents in the Withdrawals page in their Dashboard prior to being allowed the facility of Withdrawals. Once these details and documents are verified by SURYA SHRI Users will be able to request for Withdrawals.
Withdrawals are subjected to a minimum and maximum limit along with a Withdrawal fee charged for the facilities and transaction costs related to the process which are clearly mentioned in the ‘Request a Withdrawal’ section. It must be noted that these withdrawal limits and fees may change from time to time as decided by SURYA SHRI.
